Mkeita offers store credit only. Please contact us within 7 days. If 7 days has elapsed since purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you store credit and is considered FINAL SALE. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition received. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Store credit will amount to the order excluding shipping charges.
If you are need of exchanging an item, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will be happy to forward you an exchange form to fill out, print and include within the returning package. MKeita is not responsible for shipping charges for exchanges.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or returned and considered FINAL SALE.
